4. Fees and Payments - Important Billing Information

You acknowledge and agree to the following recurring subscription charges for access to JoinProspera's services, regardless of successful recovery or realized financial benefits:

  • Free Trial Period: You will have a seven (7) day free trial period commencing upon your initial registration for JoinProspera.
  • Initial Billing: Following the completion of your seven (7) day free trial, your account will be automatically charged for your chosen subscription plan starting on the eighth (8th) day following your initial registration.
  • Recurring Billing: After the initial charge, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be billed on the same day of each subsequent month (the "Billing Date") unless and until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined below.
  • Payment Method: You authorize JoinProspera to charge the payment method provided during registration for all applicable fees and recurring subscription charges.
  • Subscription Plan Details: The specific fees and features included in your chosen subscription plan will be clearly displayed during the registration process and within your account settings.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided within your account settings on the JoinProspera platform.

  • Cancellation Timing: If you cancel your subscription before your next Billing Date, your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period.
  • No Refunds: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion or agreement, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

6. User Responsibility for Actions

JoinProspera provides financial analysis, insights, and potential actions for your benefit. You are solely responsible for deciding whether or not to implement any of the suggestions or take any actions recommended by JoinProspera. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes as a result of following our guidance.

7. Earning Through Task Completion

JoinProspera may offer opportunities for users to "Earn" rewards, cashback, or other benefits by completing specific tasks as outlined on the platform.

  • Task Requirements: The specific requirements and conditions for earning through each task will be clearly presented to you at the time the task is offered.
  • Eligibility and Qualification: Your ability to earn the designated amount for a task is contingent upon meeting all the specified requirements and qualifying according to the criteria set forth for that particular task.
  • Earning Amount: The amount or type of earnings associated with each task will be clearly stated.
  • Changes to Earning Opportunities: JoinProspera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any earning opportunities at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

JoinProspera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

9. Dispute Policy

The Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of the Service through the Website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of JoinProspera's services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
