6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

7.2. Tracking and Payment:

Cashback is tracked and confirmed by third-party retailers. Confirmation may take several weeks. Earnings will appear in your Get Frugal account once verified and after any required holding period.

7.3. Forfeiture:

We reserve the right to void or withhold cashback or rewards if fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected, including (but not limited to) using multiple accounts, self-referrals, or exploiting system errors.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. The Site and all original content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Optimise AI Ltd and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Third-Party Links and Content

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
