4. User Registration, Accounts and Security

7.2. Tracking and Payment: Cashback earnings will be tracked and must be confirmed by the retailer. This process can take several weeks. Cashback will be paid into your Get Frugal account once it has been confirmed and has passed any stipulated waiting period.

7.3. Forfeiture: We reserve the right to void Cashback earnings if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple accounts, self-referring, or exploiting technical errors.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. The Site, its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Optimise AI Ltd and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
