This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms for cancelling your subscription to Get Frugal and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Any capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms.
By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1.1. Cancellation Right
You may cancel your paid subscription to Get Frugal at any time through your account settings on the Get Frugal platform (https://getfrugal.uk). The steps for cancellation are clearly outlined within your account dashboard.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason other than those expressly stated in this Policy. This applies regardless of:

In rare and exceptional cases, Get Frugal (Optimise AI Ltd) may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a credit or partial refund. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not set a precedent for future cases. To request consideration, you must contact our support team at support@getfrugal.uk within 7 days of the relevant charge, providing detailed reasons and any supporting evidence for your request.
2.3. Service Unavailability
If there is a prolonged, verified, and material unavailability of the core Get Frugal services due to a fault within our direct control, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata credit or an extension of your subscription for the affected period. This does not apply to:
2.4. Failed Cashback or Vouchers
Your subscription fee covers access to the Get Frugal platform, tools, and aggregated offers. We do not guarantee that all voucher codes will be valid or that all cashback offers will successfully track, as these depend on third-party retailers. The failure of an individual offer to work or track successfully does not constitute grounds for a refund.
We reserve the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as via email or a prominent on-site notice.
Your continued use of Get Frugal after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
